Types of Assistance We Offer

We have two different types of assistance. Our assistance is formed to suit the needs and desires of every individual customer. The level of assistance compensation you receive might depend on the type of assistance you choose. The type of assistance also affects the assignment of responsibilities and which services you receive.

Nordström Assistance Freedom

As our customer you decide what needs to be done for you. You supervise the work that the assistants perform. We are the employer, this means that we are responsible for wages and all administration. We will help you find the right assistants, negotiate wages and we can provide legal help. We can also help you in your contacts with the relevant authorities. We provide you with your own contact person who will personally help you resolve any problems that might arise.

Nordström Assistance Close

Here we work closely with you, our customer. We are the employer and we are responsible for deciding what work should be performed. We supervise the work and recruit employees. You can also have a personal trainer and take part in many other activities. Trainers are available in Malmö, Stockholm and Gällivare.
